JEWELRY & ORDERING
Is Kathy Ross Jewelry handmade?
Yes. Kathy Ross Jewelry is an independent jewelry studio based in
Thessaloniki, Greece. Pieces are designed and worked by hand using
traditional metalsmithing techniques, including sawing, filing,
soldering, stone setting and polishing.
Will every handmade piece look exactly the same?
Because each piece is handcrafted, very slight variations in texture,
finish, form or stone appearance may occur. These subtle differences are
part of the individual character of handmade jewelry.
How do I choose the correct ring size?
Please use our
Ring Size Guide
before ordering. You can measure either a ring that already fits you or
the circumference of your finger and compare it with our sizing chart.
What if I am between two ring sizes?
If your measurement falls between two available sizes, the larger size is
generally the safer choice. Wider ring designs may also feel slightly
tighter than delicate bands. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.
How can I care for my jewelry?
We recommend keeping jewelry away from harsh chemicals, perfumes and
unnecessary moisture, and storing individual pieces separately when they

ORDERS & PAYMENT
Which payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are displayed securely during checkout and may
vary according to your country and device. Please visit our

How do I know if my order was received?
After successfully completing checkout, you will receive an order
confirmation at the email address provided with your order. Please also
check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered production, been prepared for dispatch or shipped,
changes may no longer be possible. Your statutory consumer rights are not
affected.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship from?
Orders are prepared and shipped from Thessaloniki, Greece.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Kathy Ross Jewelry ships internationally. Available destinations,
shipping services and shipping costs are shown during checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your destination and is separate from any time
required to prepare or make your jewelry. Estimated shipping times and full
details are available in our Shipping Policy.
Will I receive tracking information?
Where tracking is available, you will receive shipment confirmation and
tracking details after your order has been dispatched.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Orders delivered outside the applicable customs territory may be subject to
duties, taxes or import charges. Where these are not collected during
checkout, they may be charged by the destination country's authorities or
courier service.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return an item?
We offer a 30-day return period for eligible items. Products must meet the
conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer
rights, including applicable EU withdrawal rights, remain unaffected.
How do I request a return?

What happens if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and,
where possible, photographs of the issue. We will review the situation and
arrange the appropriate solution.
